Return of goods

Dear clients,

You have right, in a period of 14 days of receipt, to give up unconditionally (in whole or in part) from the order made and received by you on our site www.woodhouse.bg, without paying any costs, excluding the costs of returning the goods back.

14-the daily term starts from the date of acceptance of the delivery by you or a third party, located on the one you specified shipping address.

Within the above deadline, to return the goods is necessary:

1. Let the goods be unused and with completely preserved commercial type;

3. The product must be well packed when courier delivery, so as not to be damaged during transportation (without glued bills of lading on the commercial packaging).
4.
